Social and Family Programs
at Rodfei Sholom

Congregation Rodfei Sholom hosts numerous social and family programs throughout the year. They include Shabbat dinners, community service projects, special holiday events, picnics, barbeques, social gatherings and Sunday brunches. Director, Devorah Cohen and her committee organize and implement all aspects of these programs. Volunteers are welcome!

Family Shabbat Programs for Parents and Children

Two special services: Tot Shabbat for age 6 and under with their parents, and Family Service for age 6 and older and their parents. The services will be followed by an interactive family dinner program with games, songs, stories and a wonderful kid-friendly meal.
Services at 6:00 p.m. and dinner program at 6:45 p.m. unless otherwise stated
Regular Friday night services will not be affected by this program.

Israeli Dancing – women’s dance group
Since Biblical times, Jewish people have expressed joy through dance. Israeli folk dance reflects the life of a people returning to its own land, Whether you have danced for years or you have two left feet, you’ll love Israeli dancing. Learn traditional dances as well as modern steps.

“Sunday Fun Day Brunch and Schmooze”
Join us on Sunday mornings for a delicious brunch prepared by members of the congregation. Catch up with friends and enjoy the beautiful garden and playground.
Cost: $8 /adult, $5 /youth, $20 /family
